Clinical & EMDR Consultation for Therapists

For therapists trained in EMDR, psychedelic or ketamine assisted therapy, or who deeply value the innate healing process looking for guidance from a heart-focused perspective.

It is normal as a therapist to feel overwhelmed by what we view as “limitations” in our toolbox.

To feel like if we just do one more training, we’ll finally feel confident. And while continuing to stay curious and humble about our knowledge and skills is important, I believe that you already know more than you think.

I love helping therapists develop trust in themselves and their intuition, while strengthening their confidence and ability to apply research-backed tools and modalities, like EMDR and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.

Here’s How I Can Help

Connecting intuition with research-backed modalities so that therapists can step into their work with care and confidence.

Clinical Consultation

As someone who deeply values doing their own internal work, I believe that the more clarity we have in our bodies, souls and minds, the more clarity we will have in the therapy space. Lack of clarity can show up in lots of different ways. Here are some ways it might be showing up for you.

    • You’re a seasoned therapist, but feel your practice has drifted from what you really value. Sometimes it feels like you are on autopilot, or that what used to light you up about being a therapist has been dimmed.

    • You find yourself getting stuck with specific types of clients or presentations. You really want to be able to support your client with their healing, but are feeling out of tools. Or perhaps you find yourself getting in your head about whether or not you are doing enough.

    • You are passionate about the psychedelic renaissance, and have invested time, money, & energy to be trained as a psychedelic therapist, but are having trouble applying your new knowledge. You are ready to shift away from the paradigms of symptom and solution-focused treatments, and are ready to lean more deeply into remembering that healing is an innate return to wholeness.

    • You’re a new therapist (congratulations!) and are looking to take the skills you learned in the classroom and apply them to the real world. Perhaps you are looking for clinical supervision, or are just hoping to develop a supportive clinical relationship for mentorship and guidance.

EMDR Clinical Consultation

You have completed your basic EMDR training (woo-hoo!) and are working towards certification. You’re looking for an EMDR consultant who honors the body, mind and soul experience of healing.

    • Part of you really believes that EMDR can help your clients, but are having trouble getting them on board with switching over from a talk therapy model. Maybe you find yourself having trouble buying into the very real magic of EMDR. You are looking for help growing your confidence in the model and developing a trusting relationship with EMDR.

    • You have been using EMDR with your clients for awhile, but are looking for some new ways of integrating it into your practice. Maybe you are looking for new resources for preparation, or new interweaves for phase four. Either way, you want to reignite your passion for this modality.

    • You have found a lot of success with EMDR in your practice, but are feeling stuck with a particular case. Maybe this person has trouble trusting their body or believing in their own resilience. Or perhaps they have relational trauma that is requiring extra attention to attunement and safety. You’re hoping for some specific support around what to do next.

Hi, Im Carli

I believe that healing is an act of spiritual surrender and birth. As therapists we are midwives to this process. It is important that we have the skills to hold a safe container and guide our clients, while also honoring the sacred and innate unfolding that exists just beyond our conscious minds.

I believe the current models of solution and symptom focused mental health care are limiting at best, and am passionate about offering therapists another way to view their work and their clients innate ability to heal.

Our clinical intuition is one of the most important tools we have, and when paired with evidence-based skills we create a grounding and effective combination for supporting our clients in heart and mind. My style supports clinicians in developing both.

  • I currently offer clinical supervision for supervisees in the State of New Hampshire. Please note that supervisees are required to obtain their direct client hours through a separate employer.

  • While I deeply value and appreciate the importance of learning through direct experience, because of the vulnerable nature of this work I do not allow consultees or other therapists to shadow sessions. However, I do co-facilitate a Ketamine Group Experiential for individuals who work in the healing field, which allows for learning through witnessing and experiencing. You can learn more about this under the Group Offerings section on my Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy page.

  • I currently charge $150/50-minute consultation hour. Sliding scale options are offered on a limited case-by-case basis.

  • For new therapists working towards licensure, meeting weekly is important in establishing a secure relationship and making sure consistent guidance is provided.

For established therapists looking for general clinical consultation or EMDR-trained therapists looking for EMDR-specific consultation meetings can be scheduled on an as-needed basis.
